Luke 17:11-18.
On the way to Jerusalem, Jesus healed 10 people who were suffering by leprosy.
Among those ten people, only one Samaritan came back to Jesus and praised God. Jesus asked this Samaritan "Weren't there ten people cleansed? Where are the nine?". The other nine was satisfied by just the healing on them, but only this Samaritan recognised real salvation by Jesus. Jesus said to him. "Arise and go, your faith healed you." |
